How to Follow a Fellow Twitter Tweeter
The most significant part of Twitter is the incredible community of users which contribute content on a daily basis… or even moment to moment. For you to enjoy using Twitter, and to network socially, you need to be able to gather other users around you, allowing you to connect with them on an ongoing basis. The twitter terminology for building that community is based around your ‘following’ or ‘followers’.
The video below is a quick look at the basics of how to connect with people using the Twitter interface, allowing you to begin to build a great community of fellow ‘Tweeters’ around you.
So, you don’t know how to follow people on Twitter yet? Then this is the video for you…

How to Use the Three Different Kinds of Twitter Tweets
This screencast movie discusses how to go about making use of the three different types of Twitter Tweet.
There’s the basic Twitter update, which is used to answer the basic question: “What are you doing?”. This update is posted for the world to see, on the main Twitter timeline. Then there’s the ‘@reply’, which again is posted to the main Twitter timeline, though is directed at a particular Twitter user. Lastly, there’s the direct message, withheld form the main Twitter timeline, and delivered to a fellow Twitter user’s Direct Message inbox – in much the same way as an email.
